By WhatsApp, email or social media: your name, phone number, email, your business name and whatever you tell us about your project.
When you hire us
The data needed to issue the fee receipt (name or company name, RUC or DNI) and the receipts for the payments you make. We will never ask for passwords or full card numbers.
Your business content
The logo, photos, text, menu and prices you send us to build your website or digital menu.
When you visit zenithia.lat
Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data about each visit (IP address, browser and device type, date and time), which is needed for the website to work and stay secure.
This website has no forms, doesn't ask you to create an account and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
What we use it for
- Answering your questions and sending you quotes.
- Designing, publishing and maintaining your website or digital menu.
- Issuing receipts and meeting our tax obligations.
- Coordinating payments, deliveries and changes with you.
- Keeping the website secure and running.
We don't sell or rent your data. Nor will we send you advertising unless you first give us permission.
Why we're allowed to use it
- Your consent: when you contact us on your own initiative and give us your data so we can reply.
- The contractual relationship: once we agree on a quote, we need your data to provide the service.
- Legal obligations: for example, tax obligations to SUNAT (Peru's tax authority).
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the providers we need in order to work, and only what is strictly necessary:
- Vercel Inc.
- Website hosting (United States)
- Namecheap, Inc.
- Domain and email forwarding (United States)
- Meta (WhatsApp)
- Messaging with clients
- SUNAT
- Issuing electronic fee receipts
Some of these providers are outside Peru, so your data may be stored in other countries (cross-border transfer). We work with well-known companies that apply security measures to protect information.
We will also share data with authorities only when the law requires us to.
Cookies and browser storage
- zenithia.lat uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
- The demo menu may save the language you chose (Spanish or English) in your browser, to remember it next time. That setting stays on your device and never reaches us.
- The website's fonts are hosted on our own server, so we don't load third-party resources to display them.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, X or LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a contract: up to 1 year from the last message, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client data: for as long as the service lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
- Your business content: while your website or menu is published or under maintenance. When it ends, we return it to you or delete it if you ask us to.
How we protect it
- Our accounts use unique passwords and two-step verification.
- The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only Zenithia's owner has access to your data. If someone else works with us in the future, they will be bound by the same duty of confidentiality.
If an incident affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you and take the measures required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights at any time to:
- Access: know what data of yours we hold and receive a copy, including in a digital format you can take to another provider.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data once it is no longer needed.
- Objection: ask us to stop using it for a specific purpose.
- Withdraw your consent where you have given it.
How to do it
Write to us at hola@zenithia.lat stating your name, which right you want to exercise and a copy of your ID document (to confirm it's you). It's free and we will reply within the time limits set by law.
If you feel we didn't handle your request properly, you can contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Data of your restaurant's guests
The digital menus we build ask diners for no data: they open from the QR code and can be read without signing up.
If your menu includes a WhatsApp or booking button, your guests' messages go straight to your business. In that case, your business is responsible for that data, and we recommend you also have your own privacy policy.
Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services, providers or the law change. The date of the last update appears at the top. If the change is significant and you are a client, we will let you know by WhatsApp or email.
Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, as well as other applicable Peruvian regulations.
